CMMS stands for Computerized Maintenance Management System. It is a software used to manage the maintenance of equipment and assets in organizations. CMMS systems enable work order tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, maintenance history recording, spare parts inventory management, and data analysis to optimize operations.
It is often used in industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare and infrastructure. Therefore, in cooperation with utility companies, we have developed a CMMS ‘bottom up’ – from knowledge of the operation and maintenance of such systems according to the expressed needs of utility companies. Of course, the basis is still IMAGIS, so everything said for IMAGIS also applies to C-CMMS.

Its key features include:
- Asset tracking: from parts of the system (for example, for drainage: collectors, pumps, WWTP, etc.) of course this part is connected to IMAGIS, but also human resources, vehicles, equipment, spare parts, materials, etc.
- Monitoring of maintenance operations related to the necessary documentation on services, instructions, etc. This also includes the number of employees/hours required, equipment required, distance to the facility,..
- Creation of a maintenance plan consisting of planned maintenance operations, taking into account seasonality as well as maintenance periods.
- Creation of an order plan from which orders are launched for execution.
- We can review everything in the order schedule and reports, which show how much of what was spent, when and where.
